Information for Artists

On Friday, August 6, 2010, from 6 pm to 10 pm and Saturday, August 7, 2009,
from 10 am to 10 pm, The Y-Bridge Arts Festival will host to over two
hundred visual artists, craft demonstrators and performance artists on
the East Main Street (US Route 40) span of the historical Y-Bridge in Zanesville, Ohio.
Participating Artists
- - Please arrive at the Information Tent after 1 PM on Friday, August 6.
- - Pick up artist information packet/badge, and parking pass.
- - Volunteers in red & white striped shirts will be available to help unload artwork onto handcarts.
- - Artist will move car to artists' parking lot, place parking pass in windshield, and return to information tent.
- - Volunteer will help unload artwork in booth space.
- - Booth must be set up by the festival opening at 6 PM, so please allow adequate time for set up.
- - Artist must man booth Friday, 6 to 10 PM and Saturday, 10 AM to 10 PM.
- - Family members and friends may help you watch your booth in your absence.
- - Volunteers will also be available to watch your booth whenever needed (ask a volunteer or at Information Tent).
- - Bottled water will be provided to artists (ask a volunteer, or ask at the Information Tent).
- - Electric is at a premium, so we request you do not bring appliances needing electricity, only those that are battery operated.
